Unbelievable Wagyu, will order again
I just had to write about the Australian Wagyu Ribeye Steak I got last week! It was absolutely incredible. The marbling was fantastic, and it cooked up perfectly on my cast iron. Honestly, it was better than what I've had at some fancy steakhouses. The delivery was super fast too, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. I'm already planning my next order for a BBQ box, and I've told all my friends about Tom Hixson. So impressed with everything!
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered the Beef Brisket for a weekend cookout and the meat itself was top-notch, really good flavor and rendered nicely. It was packaged well, kept very cold during transit. My only minor complaint was the delivery. It took the full five business days, which meant I had to adjust my plans a little. Free delivery over 100 was a nice perk though. Overall, I think it offers good value for the quality, especially for special occasions. I'd consider ordering again.
